I’m eager to share my insights regarding the principles of the mind, linking them to my spiritual awakening, while emphasizing that we are a narrative-driven species, and our narratives serve as a form of healing. The Akashic Records are not permanent records; it is our inherent right to revise our stories.

Understanding how our minds work can explain why we experience health issues. It’s all about subconscious programming and the ability to change that programming to take control of our lives. We’re not just products of our genes; our thoughts and feelings can either lead to sickness or promote healing. The logical part of our mind craves a structured narrative, and I want to connect this to my own spiritual awakening. I’ve had some light and fluffy spiritual moments, but nothing shook my beliefs more than the two “angels” that appeared from my wall when I was seven. It makes me wonder, what exactly is an angel, and who decides what that means? I share more of these experiences in my book series.

For me, spiritual awakenings are incredibly tough because they force us to confront truths we can’t ignore. They break apart the beliefs we didn’t even know we were holding onto. This leads us to a deeper question: what do we do when our surroundings no longer make sense? What happens when we feel lost ourselves? Who gets to judge whether we’re making sense or not? And what does it even mean to make sense? I’ve often wondered why an “angel” would be sneaking around at night. If they have that kind of power, why don’t they intervene in other ways? After listening to David Adair, I realized those beings might have been extraterrestrials (ETs). Whether they are actual ETs, advanced humans, or AI-hybrids, I can’t say for sure. I’m okay with the lighter experiences, but the deeper questions about safety and the strange stories from others, like cow mutilations and abductions, make it hard to find someone to talk to about these things. That’s why gatherings and online communities are so important for our healing.

We’re inherently a species that tells biological stories, which influences how we process information, despite our imperfections. The remarkable beings that we are can never be equated to artificial intelligence, except in a broad context, as we embody infinity. Our narratives and imperfections empower us significantly. Unfortunately, these very narratives and imperfections are often weaponized against us, instilling feelings of shame regarding the beautiful aspects of life such as childbirth, the digestive process, decomposition, farting, vomiting, bleeding, tears, the ranging sounds of crying, the ranging sounds of love making—each of which is a vital and sacred part of existence. Indeed, various microorganisms and other life forms cherish our existence; the value of a mother’s milk is unparalleled and irreplaceable. Our thoughts, emotions, opinions, and beliefs intertwine with our biological makeup, influencing both ailments and healing; we are boundless. In my dreams, I work with the "Great Galactic Navy, and not the guns type." Initially, I perceived this as a positive notion, which has led me on an intriguing journey.

1. I enjoy emphasizing the power of the mind and the fact that we’re a storytelling species. Stories can heal.

2. I love being a spiritual business owner, but I really miss presenting and being part of ongoing committee meetings. In my previous career, I was a public school teacher working with the British Columbia Teachers' Federation, in various ways.  Now, I am focused on my mission as a shaman.

3. I don’t sell specific methods; my skills are in transformational healing through mind reprogramming, along with services like intuitive gemstone readings. I also wrote the Dragon Dreams book series, which you can find on Amazon.ca…So did you have a dream or did the dream have you?

4. I’m looking for clients and colleagues who share my vision. I’ve deepened my personal and professional growth through training in Controlled Remote Viewing and Energy Medicine. For a long time, I resisted my spiritual calling because I was afraid. A webinar experience made me realize I was being guided by power animals to embrace my Shamanic path. It’s been a journey with no limits. Can you relate?

5. If you’re interested, I have training with Marisa Peer and became a licensed Rapid Transformational Therapist Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist.  I also earned an honours degree in English Literature, along with a second degree in Education. I was part of the first social emotional learning cohort in North America and taught English in South Korea for two years.  2025 I became a shaman, trained by the Four Winds.
